1. Explosion Magic
Explosion magic is probably the strongest magic in Arcane Odyssey in terms of raw strength and destruction. This magic type has a status effect called Charred, which basically blurs and obscures the vision of anyone caught in the explosion spell’s radius. Although the Explosion magic may lack a bit in terms of speed if compared to the likes of Lightning magic type, but still, it is very strong.

The Light magic type brings a very mystical aura to the fights in Arcane Odyssey. It has its own status effect called Blinded which can be a very powerful tool if used properly. This will blind the enemies that are hit and allow you a variety of possible Plan B’s, for example, you can escape an unwanted battle, regroup with allies and heal the damage, and even distract your enemies to finish them off.
It has a bit of a limitation since its area of effect reduces by 25% when used underwater, so you can’t rely on it for underwater environments. Other than that, Light magic is mostly very useful and potent, it has the following advantages:

5. Metal Magic
Metal magic type is a unique type of magic and it is very beneficial to use thanks to its many advantages. It has proved to be quite lethal in battles, one of its abilities is causing the Bleeding status onto its target opponents if we deal damage more than 5% of the enemy’s max health.
This will leave them weakened from continuously getting damaged over time. This increases the potency of the Metal magic which makes it great for dealing with larger groups or armored enemies.

- 1.7x multiplier clash advantage against Glass
- 1.55x multiplier clash advantage against Water
